As a Cashier, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding safety and performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, demonstrate company behaviors, support sales programs, and resolve customer issues.
2. Checkout Standards: Handle transactions, assist with merchandising at checkouts, and support line management using POS tools.
3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, merchandising, and participate in inventory processes.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics including sales, service, profit, and attendance.
