Job description

Part Time Cashier

One to three shifts a week from 9am to 2:30 or 5:30 pm, including every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers entering the Bistro
  • Post menus and signage for daily specials and soups
  • Operate POS system and cash register for checkout
  • Assist with restocking to-go products and groceries
  • Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of food areas during service
  • Answer customer questions regarding menus
  • Clean floors and spills, place caution signs when necessary
  • Clear and wipe tables and chairs after customers
  • Restock condiment areas
  • Maintain bus cart area, handle dirty dishes, linens, and trash
  • Sort, wash, and roll silverware and linens for the next shift

Job Qualifications:
