Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Completing training requirements, including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan, station training, and other company-mandated training
• Providing friendly, enthusiastic service; greeting and thanking guests
• Explaining menu items, answering questions, and promoting current promotions
• Accurately taking and entering orders, handling payments, and operating cash registers
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in guest areas and workspaces
• Preparing menu items following safety and quality standards
• Supporting kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned, performed with urgency and safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week

Capability Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Proficient communication skills
• Ability to work safely with restaurant equipment and in varied environments
