Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including the Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service; greet and thank guests
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and explain menu items
• Accurately complete orders and transactions; operate cash registers and handle payments
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment; clean guest areas and maintain equipment
• Stock supplies and prepare menu items according to standards
• Handle food and beverages safely and according to regulations
• Assist with kitchen tasks and other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week
