Job Overview

Sunset Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist - Cashier to join our team at Sunset Cadillac of Venice. Professionalism and strong customer service skills are essential.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with every other Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Previous phone experience and payment processing skills required
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Strong phone skills, multitasking ability, and office/computer skills
• Cash handling/cashiering experience required
• Dependability and ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Full-time availability Monday through Saturday
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests over the phone and in person
• Accurately collecting and posting payments in our accounting system
• Performing administrative and customer service tasks as needed
