Responsibilities
  1. Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  2. Cashier Repair Order Charges and close Repair Orders
  3. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the person
  4. Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  5. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  6. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  7. Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
  8. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual, with the ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve in all aspects
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
