Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Shults Ford Lincoln. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our customers. This position combines front-desk receptionist duties with cashier responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all visitors and customers in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Process customer payments accurately (service invoices, parts purchases, etc.)

  • Issue receipts, handle cash, credit card, and check transactions

  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling

  • Support various departments with administrative assistance as requested

  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus!

  • Proficiency with basic computer software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
