Summary
To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greet, make eye contact, and thank each guest that you service.
  • Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets our guests’ expectations.
  • Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and grooming policy.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and a neat, clean work area according to policies and procedures.
  • Fill all guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
  • Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
  • Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable. Basic literacy and computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.

Physical Requirements
Constant sitting, standing, twisting; frequent bending, squatting/kneeling, and pivoting; occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
