Pay Range: $15.50 - $19.00

Summary

To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Tasks include bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest served.
2. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
3. Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and grooming policy.
4. Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area per policies and procedures.
5. Fill guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
6. Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with company policies.
7. Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.
8. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills. Reliable. Basic literacy and computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
