Primary Objectives Of Position

• Sell, distribute, and market store items and products to optimize the cooperative’s efficiency.
• Assist in achieving the cooperative’s mission and goals.
• Perform tasks with outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility.

Responsibilities Of The Position

• Assist the manager in setting and achieving monthly sales goals.
• Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures.
• Handle complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock.
• Operate a cash register and balance cash drawers.
• Ensure the facility and equipment remain in good repair and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
