Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts.
• Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees.
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability every other Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs, and requests to management and other personnel.
• Professional appearance.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
