Great Western Dining Service at our SCC Lincoln location is seeking a cashier/prep cook.

Part Time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS, processing payments, completing AM HACCP logs, preparing the dining room for service, and keeping a clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to customers.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; hospitality background is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with diverse customers; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a pleasant, kind, and welcoming attitude toward customers.
• Operate electronic cash register/POS and process payments accurately.
• Complete AM HACCP Logs.
• Prepare the dining room for service and set up meal stations as needed.
• Make tea and coffee for service and ensure clean dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and maintain a professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cashier

Great Western Dining at our SCC Lincoln location is seeking a cashier/prep cook.

Part Time, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, kind, and welcoming attitude toward customers.
• Operates electronic cash register/POS, entering correct charges, collecting accurate amounts of money or debit/credit card payments and providing correct change to customers.
• Complete AM HACCP Logs.
• Prepare the dining room for the start of meal service.
• Make tea and coffee for each meal service.
• Clean & sanitize the dining rooms surfaces, equipment, workstations and all tables throughout all meal service.
• Assist in setting up meal stations with entre accompaniments or utensils.
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in any language other than English a plus
