Job summary

Workstream in the United States is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic team member for our restaurant guest service position. You should have prior customer service experience and know how cash registers operate; evening and weekend shifts may be required. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

You will greet guests, process payments, present orders, stock essentials, and keep guest areas clean while maintaining WOW hospitality. Training is provided and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of how cash registers operate.
• Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with restaurant customers, teammates, and managers in a positive manner.
• Maintains the highest level of WOW Hospitality.
• Accepts payments from guests and makes change correctly.
• Operates the cash register and is responsible for cash receipts.
• Presents orders to restaurant guests, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniment and utensils.
• Thanks all restaurant guests for their business.
• Generates additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
• Responsible for verifying register at the beginning of the shift.
• Stocking adequate restaurant supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc.
• Prepping drinks and assisting in prepping items such as sauces, mixes, etc.
• Responsible for cleaning all guest areas.

Requirements
