Job summary

Runnings in Winner, South Dakota is seeking a Cashier who interacts with customers as they enter and leave the retail store, delivering excellent service. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and handle transactions using the KCX cash register system, while maintaining accurate cash handling and assisting with pricing and stocking. This role takes place in a retail environment with irregular hours, where employees may lift up to 25 pounds and stay

Qualifications

Job description

The Cashier is responsible to interact with customers as they enter and leave the retail store. The primary function of the Cashier is to provide excellent customer service. Evenings and weekends will be required.

Pay Range: $14.00 - $14.50 Depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A. Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
• B. Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• C. Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system.
• D. Responsible for accurate cash handling.
• E. Price store merchandise as requested by store management.
• F. Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• G. Responsible for handling customer returns.
