Duties and Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to engage in various work activities, which may occur inside or outside the restaurant, including:

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests, greet guests promptly, explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions, operate cash registers, handle cash payments, and maintain receipts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including cleaning guest areas and maintaining equipment.
• Stock supplies, prepare menu items according to standards, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with kitchen tasks as assigned, complete tasks with urgency, and follow all safety guidelines.
