Position: Cashier

Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for delivering an excellent experience. Your duties include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness in dining and guest areas, and providing outstanding service.

Duties and Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following activities, which may occur inside or outside the restaurant:

• Complete all training requirements, including:
• Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan
• Hands-on stations training
• Any additional training required by Zax LLC

Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests, greet guests promptly, explain menu items, and accurately complete orders and transactions. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with kitchen tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
