Duties and Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following activities, which may occur inside or outside the restaurant:

• Complete all training requirements including:
• Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan
• Hands-on stations training
• Additional training required by Zax LLC

Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests, greet guests, explain menu items, and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, restock supplies, and assist in kitchen tasks as needed.

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week

Capability Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively, and work safely in a restaurant environment.
