Responsibilities

1. Check out customers promptly, courteously, efficiently, and accurately.
2. Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
3. Be knowledgeable of current promotions and posted information.
4. Count tills and maintain the required balance.
5. Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints appropriately.
6. Assist customers verbally and physically as needed.
7. Monitor for shoplifting and report suspicious activity.
8. Order and stock products on shelves.
9. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
10. Operate telephones and intercoms with proper etiquette.
