Responsibilities

• Check out customers promptly, courteously, efficiently, and accurately
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and current promotions
• Keep work area clean and stocked
• Count till in and out, and maintain required balance
• Maintain courteous and friendly customer relations
• Report customer complaints to the manager
• Provide verbal and physical assistance to customers
• Monitor for shoplifting and notify management
• Order and stock products as assigned
• Perform cleaning functions
• Operate telephones and intercoms with proper etiquette
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
