Description

The Cashier is responsible for interacting with customers as they enter and leave the retail store. The primary function is to provide excellent customer service and accurately process customer transactions. Hours vary, including days, evenings (until 9 pm), and rotating weekends/holidays.

Rate of Pay: $14 and up, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with questions.
• Answer incoming calls appropriately.
• Handle transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Price merchandise as directed by management.
• Stock shelves as directed.
• Handle customer returns.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Long periods of standing.
• Bending and twisting frequently.

Work Environment:
