1. Checking out customers promptly, courteously, efficiently, and accurately
2. Maintaining knowledge of equipment and current advertisements
3. Keeping the work area clean and stocked
4. Counting tills and maintaining the required balance
5. Providing excellent customer service and reporting complaints
6. Assisting customers verbally and physically
7. Monitoring for shoplifting and notifying management
8. Restocking shelves and performing cleaning tasks
9. Operating telephones and intercoms with proper etiquette
10. Following company policies and performing other duties as assigned
