Job description

**Position starts at $15.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses.** All team members are eligible for a variety of career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. **Summary:** Provides cashier, stock, and customer relations functions in a retail store and donation center by performing the following duties.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Provides Customer Service by processing transactions, answering questions, assisting shoppers, and thanking customers.
• Pulls and merchandises clothing on sales racks, ensuring effective rotation and neat display.
• Maintains a clean and safe shopping environment, including work areas and dressing rooms.
• Supports agency initiatives and programs.
• Greets donors, processes donations, and reports security issues.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• Back-up support at donation door.
• Performs hanger/sorter functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
