Job Overview

Bowser Automotive is seeking a part-time Cashier/Phone Operator with excellent customer service and phone skills. The ideal candidate will handle cash/credit transactions and phone operations for the dealership in Pleasant Hills, PA. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Use the credit card machine to complete charge transactions.
2. Make deposits and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
3. Manage phone calls promptly, professionally, and accurately.
4. Ensure each customer has a positive experience to maintain high CSI scores.

Hours

Variable hours Monday through Friday. Every Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
