Job Summary

Process member purchases courteously, verify and renew memberships, scan merchandise, accept payments, and maintain cleanliness of the front-line area.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Understand membership options and promote renewals and loyalty programs
• Provide high-quality customer service, operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and assist with merchandise and technical issues
• Meet productivity expectations and adhere to policies

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Environmental Conditions

• Frequent movement, lifting objects up to 30 pounds, occasional larger objects with assistance
• Indoor environment with occasional exposure to cleaning agents and temperature variations

Salary range starts at $16.00. Actual pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
