Job Description :

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Oversees the cash revenue, lease card system, and patient valuables. Substitutes for the supervisor in their absence, when necessary.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintains adherence to policies and procedures governing the Patient Safety Deposit System, ensuring timely reimbursement for lease services, and upholding the integrity of the Lease Parking system. (20%)
2. Operates hospital parking window. (20%)
3. Performs reconciliation functions for payment stations, whether manned or pay-on-foot, at designated times according to departmental policy. (20%)
4. Ensures the collection of parking lease fees. (15%)
5. Greets and guides patients and visitors, responds to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction, requests special assistance when needed, and assists customers in the proper use of the pay-on-foot parking system. (10%)
6. Performs cashier duties related to parking activities. (10%)
7. Performs additional departmental functions such as manning the information desk and maintaining parking facility cleanliness (e.g., trash removal, wiping down parking equipment). (5%)
8. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• 4 years of cashiering experience with a focus on handling large revenue amounts, multi-level reconciliation, and experience with pay-on-foot systems.

Preferred

• Valid driver’s license.
