Charter Foods is hiring for a daytime Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, and maintain a clean dining area. Openers start as early as 6:00am with shifts ending by 4:00pm; the role suits friendly, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will handle ordering, payments, and basic food prep, while delivering great guest service. No prior experience required; must be 16+, reliable transportation, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests with a positive demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Assist with food preparation and restocking.
• Ensure workstation cleanliness and proper equipment operation.

Looking for daytime work? The Opener/Days schedule is looking for employees who are able to work during the morning/early afternoon. Opening times vary by restaurant. Schedules for Openers can start as early as 6:00am. Dayshift typically ends by 4:00pm. Shift Length and specific Start/End times will vary within these times.

The Crew Member is the key to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a very important position for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general clean tasks including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member is able to:

• Answering questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare Ingredients and Menu Items
• Restocking product and workstations
• Using food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
