Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cash drawer and reconcile at the start and end of each shift.
• Operate parking equipment (gates, ticket dispensers, payment machines).
• Greet guests and communicate fees clearly.
• Collaborate with team to address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and assist guests as needed.

About the Position:

Our team is looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our fast-paced environment as a cashier. You will provide excellent customer service and be responsible for accurately processing transactions with a smile. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work well under pressure. • Assume full responsibility for cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain the cash drawer and perform cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Operate parking equipment such as gates, ticket dispensers, and payment machines.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
• Resolve discrepancies in cash balances.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate fees and other information to guests.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
