Duties and Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Completing all training requirements including the Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
• Providing friendly, enthusiastic service and greeting guests
• Explaining menu items and current promotions
• Accurately processing orders and payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in guest areas and work stations
• Preparing menu items according to standards
• Assisting with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed
• Performing all duties with a sense of urgency and safety
