Position Overview

As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering an outstanding experience. Your duties will include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, and providing excellent service by adhering to standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

• Complete all required training, including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan and station training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to all guests
• Greet guests promptly and thank them upon departure
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Accurately process orders and transactions
• Operate cash registers and handle cash payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all guest and work areas
• Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed
• Perform all duties with a sense of urgency and safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Available to work 32-40 hours per week
