As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding performance standards related to shrink/safety and meeting role-specific goals.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate company behaviors, support sales programs, and resolve customer issues.
  2. Checkout Standards: Process transactions, returns, and re-ticketing; maintain signing and merchandising standards; support line management with POS devices.
  3. General Operations: Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
  4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives; meet performance metrics including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
