As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

  1. Maintaining checkout standards
  2. Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
  3. Upholding performance standards related to shrink/safety and meeting role-specific goals
Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, actively engage, resolve problems, and promote programs like Findmore.
  • Checkout Standards: Complete transactions, assist with signing and merchandising, stock impulse fixtures, and support line management via Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device.
  • General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
  • Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
