As a Cashier, you are responsible for customer service and sales, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding safety and performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, demonstrate positive behaviors, support sales programs, and resolve customer issues.
  2. Checkout Standards: Manage checkout processes, assist with merchandising, and support line management with POS devices.
  3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, merchandise put-backs, and participate in inventory processes.
  4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance metrics including sales, customer service, and attendance.
