Job description

As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

• Maintaining checkout standards
• Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
• Upholding performance standards related to shrink/safety and meeting role-specific goals

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, demonstrate WORTH behaviors, support additional team members, engage actively and enthusiastically with customers, resolve issues, and promote programs like Findmore to drive sales and enhance service.
2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout transactions, handle returns and re-ticketing, assist with signing and merchandising at checkouts, stock impulse fixtures, and support line management using the Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device.
3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel initiatives, assist with recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet performance standards including iCAP, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
