Job description

As a Cashier, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including:

• Maintaining checkout standards
• Assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory
• Upholding performance standards related to shrink/safety and meeting role-specific performance metrics

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service. Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently. Partner for additional support when needed. Engage actively and enthusiastically with customers, resolving issues and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs. Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs.
2. Checkout Standards: Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing. Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts, stock Impulse Fixtures, and replenish merchandise. Call for assistance proactively during busy times. Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage lines.
3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance. Participate in annual inventory counts.
4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives. Consistently meet performance metrics, including the company's iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
