Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties, including cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales accurately into the register.
• Makes change, accepts various payment methods, and issues receipts.
• Follows procedures for refunds.
• Interacts courteously with customers and resolves complaints.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts in accordance with standards.
• Monitors customer purchases and maintains cleanliness of service areas.
• Stocks pastry case and replenishes condiments and beverages.
• Ensures compliance with service, inventory, and cash control standards.
• Adheres to sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
