We are searching for someone who will keep the area and equipment clean, ensure all transactions run smoothly, and help us maximize customer satisfaction. At Lily’s, our ice cream swirls and milkshakes turn ordinary days extraordinary. Every bite creates unforgettable moments for our young customers and their families.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Prepping food before, during, and after the shift
• Full breakdown and cleaning of ice cream machine at the end of the night
• Redeem vouchers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers
• Maintain clean and tidy areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bagging and serving orders
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Work experience as a cashier or in a similar role in the service industry
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
  
  

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
  
  

Physical Requirements
