Job summary

Quest Food Management Services in Flossmoor, IL is seeking a Cashier I to provide friendly, accurate service at the front of house. You will ring up sales, handle cash, balance drawers, and input transactions in Mealtime after shifts. The role includes coffee brewing and stocking FOH areas to keep the dining experience welcoming.

This hourly position supports part- or full-time hours with paid training and benefits for full-time staff, including health care and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to accurately ring up sales and manage cash.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic operations.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by accurately ringing up sales, receiving money, and giving back change to guests. Balances cash drawers and input in Mealtime at end of shift. Creates the "WOW" experience for guests of Quest. Performs high caliber customer service related to the front of house duties and interactions with students and staff. Cashier I works primarily in POS station, brew coffee and stocking of FOH areas.
