Job description

Location: South Dining (Case Wonders Wilson and Holden)
pay rate: 13.00/hr

As a cashier/host, you will be responsible for handling credit/debit card transactions for dining hall sales. You will also be responsible for checking student ID’s and assisting customers with any related questions. It is your job to provide outstanding customer service and ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly manner.

Typical Duties May Include:

• Handling minor credit card transactions
• Assisting customers with questions and related issues
• Responding to customer issues
• Communicating with supervisors and managers to assist with customer issues

• Working flexibly to meet operational needs (including possible reassignment to the dining room or serving venues)
