Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Cypress, TX is looking for a friendly Cashier/Guest Services Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and handle transactions with accuracy. This in-person role offers flexible scheduling and tip income on top of base pay.

You'll work in a fast-paced casual dining environment, maintain menu knowledge, support food prep, and help ensure a welcoming, clean dining area while collaborating with teammates to deliver heartfelt service.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; customer service aptitude preferred.
• Ability to handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and enter into POS promptly.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Maintain clean, stocked front-of-house area.
• Assist with food preparation and timely order delivery.
• Support fundraising and store initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.

As a Cashier/Guest Services Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
