Earth Fare Team Members are essential in delivering a welcoming shopping experience by handling transactions accurately and ensuring customer needs are met at the front of the store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborates with other team members and managers across departments to ensure customers receive answers and service that keep them coming back.
• Maintains a clean and attractive front-end environment including their station and surrounding merchandising and service areas.
