Job summary

Earth Fare Team Members are essential in delivering a welcoming shopping experience by handling transactions accurately and ensuring customer needs are met at the front of the store.

Our team collaborates across departments to answer questions, assist shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. We value community-minded service and strive to help customers leave with confidence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced store setting.

• Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere.
