Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis is hiring cashiers (front-of-house team members) at 2747 E 62nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Earn $7.25 to $18.00 hourly in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.

As a Cashier, you’ll greet guests, take orders and payments, bus tables, and ensure accuracy with takeout orders. You’ll promote menu items and maintain a positive, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
• Prior experience in restaurant or customer service role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with seating.
• Bus tables, deliver food, follow FIFO, and complete daily tasks.
• Respond to customer concerns and involve a manager when needed.
• Engage guests to create a personalized experience.
• Take payments and manage cash drawer; process credit card transactions.
• Suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions using menu knowledge.
• Enter takeout orders into the POS system accurately.
• Bag and manage takeout orders and verify accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly cashier area and follow safety/sanitation standards.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback on service quality.

What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating
• Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involved
• Make genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experience
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions
• Correctly enter takeout orders into Point Of Sale system
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
• Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice proper safety and sanitation at all times
• Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they experienced
