Buffalo Wild Wings in Downtown Indy is hiring Cashiers (Front-of-House Team Members). Bring energy to a fast-paced team and help guests with seating, payments, and order accuracy. You’ll interact with guests, process transactions, and suggest menu items while maintaining a clean, friendly cashier area.

The role emphasizes a high-energy, stadium-like atmosphere where teamwork and great service drive the guest experience. Minimum age and prior service are preferred to fit busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $7.25 - $18.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seating
• Bus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasks
• Respond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involved
• Make genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experience
• Take payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactions
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotions
• Correctly enter takeout orders into Point Of Sale system
• Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
• Maintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice proper safety and sanitation at all times
• Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they experienced

Education / Experience

• Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
• Prior experience in restaurant or customer service role

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and general activity
