Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (WV Lottery requirement).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–35 lbs.
• Basic math and cash-handling ability.
• Previous convenience-store or retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Monitor and assist guests in the gaming area in accordance with WV Lottery rules.
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all gaming and alcohol regulations.
• Maintain gaming room cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete required logs.
• Restock coolers, shelves, and tobacco products.
• Keep the store clean, including counters, floors, bathrooms, and gaming machines.
• Assist with inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and WV Lottery regulations.
