Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for delivering a great experience. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service following standard operating procedures with urgency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan, stations training, and additional required training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service; greet and thank guests.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders, accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and work areas.
• Prepare menu items according to standards, handle food and beverages safely.
• Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Complete tasks with urgency and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Capability Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
