Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are responsible for delivering a great experience. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service following standard operating procedures with urgency.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan, stations training, and additional required training.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service; greet and thank guests.
- Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
- Accurately complete orders, accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest areas and work areas.
- Prepare menu items according to standards, handle food and beverages safely.
- Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed.
- Complete tasks with urgency and follow safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
Capability Requirements
- Sit, stand, walk, occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Use hands and wrists for grasping and manipulation.
- Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing.
- Work in environments with temperature variations and allergens.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely.
