• Location: Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital - 23900 Katy Freeway, Katy, TX 77494. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. Hours and days may vary, including weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service, cash handling, or customer service experience required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting receipts, and completing reports. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle sales transactions efficiently.
• Accurately record all sales into the register.
• Make change, process declining balance cards, accept various payments, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for cash refunds.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry case.
• Follow service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Comply with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
