Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cashier in West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet customers, operate the POS, and help with Change Round Up to support our mission.

The role emphasizes accurate sales data handling, friendly service, and teamwork. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is required, with opportunities for training and growth within our nonprofit network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise
• Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our missions
• Respond to phone calls while offering world‑class customer service
• Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor
