We are hiring immediately for a full-time Cashier position.

Location: 800 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Performs cashier duties including cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Enter all sales accurately into the register.
• Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for cash refunds.
• Interact courteously with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry case and ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
