Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashier duties including making transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service tasks. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Record sales accurately in the cash register.
• Handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Follow procedures for refunds.
• Interact courteously with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor customer purchases and differentiate portion sizes.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Stock pastry cases.
• Adhere to service, inventory, and cash control standards.
• Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
