Tri-Energy Cooperative in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Customer Service Associate (Cashier/Food Service) to deliver friendly service, process sales, stock the store, and maintain a clean, safe environment at our Cenex locations.

In this role you will interact with customers, work as part of a team, and stay flexible to cover shifts and additional hours as needed, with opportunities for growth within our network.

As a Cashier/Food Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service, processing sales transactions accurately, maintaining a well-stocked and organized store, and contributing to a clean and safe shopping environment. Physical Demands

• Continuously – 66-100% - Use hands dexterously, talk or hear, prolonged periods standing and working on a cash register or related equipment.
• Frequently – 34-65% - Walk, sit, stoop/kneel/crouch, or climb, lift up to 15 pounds.
• Occasionally – 1-33% - Reach with hands and arms, or balance, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods.
• Some locations may require the physical ability to lift up to 40-pound propane tanks.
• This position occasionally requires the ability to work outdoors in adverse weather or temperature conditions.
